Webinar Part III: Managerial Decisions

Now that you are set-up in QuickBooks and have your systems for data entry set-up, we will discuss how to use the data within QuickBooks to make decisions on how to manage and grow your business. We will run reports, including the profit and loss statement and the balance sheet and discuss how to extract important information about your business. We will also talk about how to use the QuickBooks data to build financial projections to bring to prospective lenders. View QuickBooks Part I and II here.
