Tools for Finding and Assessing Farmland

New Entry Sustainable Farming Project invites you to participate in a series of two webinars for farmland seekers. These webinars will focus on finding farmland, assessing farmland, and the practical details of farmland leasing. Both webinars are free and open to everyone. Registration is required. Webinar 1: Tools for Finding and Assessing Farmland

Join New Entry Sustainable Farming Project’s Farmland Matching Service for a webinar on tools for finding and assessing farmland in New England. Learn about local and regional resources that can help you identify potential farmland and discover tools that can help you  identify key considerations for careful examination of a site, including conditions and variables that may affect the viability of your farm operation. Presenters include Kathy Ruhf at Land for Good, Ben Waterman at University of Vermont Extension Center for Sustainable Agriculture, and Noelle Fogg at New Entry Sustainable Farming Project.
