Savory & Sweet Souffles from the Farm Kitchen

Souffle is a baked egg-based dish originating in France. Using farm fresh eggs from our Powisset chickens, Sara Tavares, also known as “The Spunky Baker” will lead this workshop as we create both a savory (blue cheese) and sweet (chocolate) souffle. After our work in the kitchen is complete, we will sit down and enjoy our creations!
