Who’s the mystery speaker on October 20? Shhhhh. We’ll never tell. But here are a few hints:

• A husband/wife duo started this snack company in 1996 out of a food cart in downtown Boston.
• After customers went crazy for the snack, the duo started wholesaling to local Boston retailers.
• By 2006, they were selling nearly $65 million in sales and employing more than 300 people in their factory based in Randolph, Mass
• Today you’ll see this snack being dipped in hummus around the country.
