Fermented Beverages Workshop

Learn how to make homemade fermented drinks like apple cider, kombucha, ginger beer and ale, kefir, and more with Education Director Rebekah Carter. This workshop will teach participants how to safely prepare, ferment, and store small-batches of probiotic-rich non-alcoholic drinks to enjoy this barbecue season. Samples of raw fermented beverages will be enjoyed and participants will prepare ginger beer to take home and ferment.
Tuition is $35 per person. Workshop is hosted by Wright-Locke Farm. Registration via www.WLFarm.org is REQUIRED.
