Crowdfunding Workshop w/Terry Romero @ Kickstarter

Join Branchfood and Kickstarter’s Food Projects Lead Terry Romero for an interactive, two-hour workshop on how to utilize Kickstarter for launching a food or beverage funding raising campaign. Mike Salguero from Butcher Box will also join us to share how his startup was able to surpass its $25,000 Kickstarter goal by 500% in two weeks using incentives.
The workshop will be an an engaging and hands-on session to help you craft a masterful crowdfunding campaign. Attendees will learn:
• Tips and best practices for crafting a high quality crowdfunding campaign
• Opportunities for rallying your community around your project
• How to plan your campaign from start to finish including what to do before, during, and after
This is a follow-up event for the Funding 101: Pathways for Food and Beverage Startups event scheduled for Monday, Feb 8th. The Crowdfunding Workshop will provide a deep-dive, hands-on experience for startups looking to get funded via Kickstarter.
