Building Business Websites with WIX

August 31, 2016 @ 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Free for Cambridge residents and business owners, $10 for non-Cambridge participants.

Can’t code HTML? Don’t have thousands to shell out for a beautiful web design?  Not to worry, you can build your own interactive website using WIX.  This three hour, hands-on workshop will walk you through the web-building program including how to find, purchase, and connect a domain name, how to pick a template, how to create web pages, pricing structures, and how to enable e-commerce and blogs.  Class requirements: computer and internet literacy.

The City of Cambridge does not discriminate on the basis of disability. The City may provide auxiliary aids and services, written materials in alternative formats, and reasonable modifications in policies and procedures to qualified individuals with disabilities.  For more information contact Pardis Saffari at 617-349-4654 or TTY 617-349-4621.
