About the Presenter: Julia Shanks, a longtime collaborator with The Carrot Project, consults with food businesses and farms, helping them maximize profits and streamline operations through business planning, feasibility studies and operational audits. She formerly taught accounting classes at Babson College and regularly presents on business technical assistance.
